Are you looking for a new HR role and keen to work in a varied and busy HR team? We are working with an exceptional central Birmingham based business who are looking for a great HR Administrator to join their team.
You will be working on all aspects of HR:
• Recruitment and selection – including managing the application portal and liaising with line managers to arrange interviews as well as collating equality and diversity reports
• Onboarding – including preparing offer letters, instigating background and screening checks, setting up on the personnel system
• Induction, training and CPD – including administering the probation reviews, training calendar and CPD courses.
• Compensation and benefits – ensuring personnel details are correct and up to date as well as working with managers and the HR Business Partners on annual pay reviews, benchmarking and the gender pay report.
There is also great scope to broaden your HR exposure and work on more involved aspects of HR:
• Working with HR Advisors on large scale recruitment campaigns
• Undertaking HR projects for the national business
• Supporting with employee relations issues which will include excellent exposure to the grievance and disciplinary procedures
You should have solid administration experience and be able to demonstrate a clear passion for a career within HR. Excellent attention to details, strong coordination skills and a warm friendly manner are key!
