This exciting and reputable firm are looking for a confident and capable legal secretary for join their organisation, 5 days a week. The role revolves around supporting a team in the Shirley area, primarily being diary management and interaction with clients. The successful candidate will need to have a history of excellent customer service within a similar role and a proven history of private client work.
The primary duties and responsibilities of this role include:
Diary management, including making appointments and organising meetings.
Creating, opening, closing, and organising files, including the maintenance of filing systems
Email management, ensuring emails are promptly addressed.
Liaising with clients with secretarial support, dealing with enquiries and passing on information.
Collaborate with other secretarial support to provide a highly professional service to fee earners and clients.
Co-ordinate and manage the fee earners billing and financial requirements.
Manage the production of all documents regarding fee earners.
Dealing with and filing and storing wills and forms, eg, HMRC.
The successful candidate will have the following skills and attributes:
Excellent customer experience skills.
Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
Solid experience within a similar role with a private client focus.
Excellent diary management, organisation and prioritisation skills.
Effective at building relationships with clients and staff.
Solid IT skills, such as Microsoft Word and Excel.
Proven experience of using legal computer based finance systems.
