Full-time, permanent position based in Birmingham city centre, offering up to £24,000 per annum depending on experience.

Are you a school leaver with some office experience looking for your next step? Would you like to work for an international law firm, where you will be supported in learning the ins and outs of business administration? Then this could be the role for you! Based in Birmingham city centre, the successful applicant will work alongside other Team Assistants as a key member of the firm; providing full administrative support to the firm’s partners, fee-earners and PAs as well as an outstanding client service.

Key responsibilities of the role would include:

  • Producing, compiling, scheduling and assimilating documents
  • File management; filing deeds, documents and correspondence, and maintaining management systems
  • File management, including archiving, scanning, photocopying and printing
  • General administrative duties; assisting administrative staff in other departments when required
  • Using online search services including the Land Registry Portal
Prospective applicants must have excellent communication, organisation and client service skills, the ability to take initiative and work autonomously, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Applicants cannot have a university degree, and must have previous administrative experience.
