Hybrid, full-time permanent role based in Leeds city centre, offering up to £40,000 per annum depending on experience.

An exciting opportunity to work for an international law firm as leader to their Client Operations team has just become available! Based in Leeds city centre, the successful applicant will manage the team within the firm’s Legal Services department providing system support to the firm’s clients; ensuring accommodation of all the clients’ operational needs.

Key responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Providing direct line management to the team; supervising the allocation and execution of tasks
  • Managing the workload, performance and development of the team, providing feedback and coaching to motivate the team
  • Working alongside the Operations Management team to ensure consistency in the support provided to clients, and liaising with the tech team to ensure alignment between technical solutions and operational processes
  • Regular reporting
  • Liaising with stakeholders and clients to ensure the services’ delivery aligns with their processes
  • Other management duties when required
Prospective applicants must have previous team leader experience, as well as experience working with clients and management systems. Applicants must have excellent communication, organisation and team leadership skills.
