A global law firm with a well renowned presence are currently seeking a forward thinking, creative and motivated Marketing Manager to help lead a close knit team of marketers on a full time, hybrid, permanent basis. Leading a team of 3 long standing marketing executives, the successful candidate will be responsible for all strategic and marketing budget management to ensure the firm achieve their developmental goals. Working on a hybrid basis, the successful candidate will ideally have worked in a Marketing Manager role ideally within a law firm or a professional services environment.
Day to day duties may include:
• Ensuring the delivery of the marketing strategy and all budget management
• Leading on all client acquisition via various activities
• Leading on outbound marketing, conferences, advertising and social campaigns
• Producing high quality, market leading and insightful content internally and externally
• Ensure all analytics are conducted and understood and delivered to ensure constantly reviewing and improving and to result in data led results
• Managing of key stakeholder relationships
• Line management of a small team, helping to empower and guide
The successful candidate MUST have prior Marketing Management experience within a similar type of firm (Legal or Professional Services) within a B2B role. You must be a team player, happy to collaborate and listen to new ideas alongside be creative in your own thoughts. You must have solid experience working with CRM’s and have a broad marketing background. This role is perfect for someone keen to work within an award winning, forward thinking and innovative firm!
