Hybrid, full-time, permanent position based in Birmingham city centre, offering up to £65,000 per annum depending on experience.
An exciting opportunity to work for a globally-respected law firm as Marketing Manager has become available! Based in Birmingham city centre, the successful applicant will be responsible for managing the firm’s marketing team in this generalist marketing role; ensuring the successful delivery of the firm’s marketing strategies.
Key responsibilities of the role will include:
- Developing and actioning key marketing strategies to align with the business development objectives of the firm; leading client acquisition campaigns including advertising, social media and events
- Managing and supervising the production of high-quality marketing content
- Managing digital marketing campaigns including email, social media and website optimisation
- Ensuring the delivery of marketing communications, events and online visibility and engagement
- Developing and managing the marketing budget; monitoring monthly spending and ensuring resources are allocated efficiently
- Collating and reporting marketing data and analytics to provide valuable insights into the firm’s reach, ensuring marketing campaigns are driven by data
- Keeping on top of competitors and developments within the industry
Prospective applicants must have previous management experience – being able to demonstrate excellent people management – as well as experience in a senior marketing position within professional services, ideally legal.
Applicants must have strong organisation and analytical skills, proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
