You will predominantly be responsible for conducting 1-1’s, recruitment, managing holidays and sickness, assisting on disciplinaries, delegating work, delegating workflow, regular check in’s with staff, managing production schedules, obtaining quotes and ensuring budgets are followed, authorising invoices, negotiations with suppliers, familiarising with company policies and maintaining a safe working environment.

The successful candidate will have solid experience previously working within operations or a similar role, a good working knowledge of HR will also be beneficial for this role.
