Hybrid, full-time permanent position based in Birmingham city centre, offering up to £32,000 per annum depending on experience.

Are you a contracts professional looking for your next opportunity? Based in Birmingham city centre, the successful applicant will be working alongside other members of the team to streamline the company’s contracts and procurement process.

Key responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Analysing and verifying information provided by customers, suppliers and partners in relation to contracts
  • Recording the details of documents and contracts, both electronic and paper; ensuring compliance with the relevant procedures
  • Ensuring systems, documents, spreadsheets and sharepoints are complete and up-to-date
  • Liaising with other teams within the business to ensure compliance
  • Provide regular reports to the Contracts Manager, escalating concerns when required
Prospective applicants must have previous experience working within document management and the contracting process within a similar organisation. Applicants must be highly organised and detail-oriented, with excellent problem-solving and communication skills, and thrive working as part of a fast-paced team.
