Remote, full-time permanent position offering up to £31,500 on completion of probation, working between the hours of 2pm to 10pm Monday to Friday.

An exciting opportunity to work for a globally-recognised law firm as a Document Production Specialist has become available! Working for their Leeds office but based remotely, the successful applicant will be working within the Document Production Team to provide an outstanding service to the firm’s fee earners in a highly accurate and professional manner.

Key responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Producing and amending documents including correspondence, reports and deeds in an efficient and timely manner, in line with the firm’s procedures and systems
  • Document production and manipulation, and transcription using digital dictation
  • Recording and interpreting complex fee earner briefs; producing the necessary documents within the required timescales and raising any queries with the fee earners to ensure the high accuracy of the documents
  • Quality checking all documents, including proof reading, to ensure all documents are produced to a highly professional and accurate standard
  • Effectively using systems and data rooms to ensure the completion of targets and deadlines
Prospective applicants must have previous experience within a Document Production Specialist role for a similar professional services firm. Applicants must have excellent communication skills, be proactive and flexible, and excel working collaboratively and as part of a team.
