You will be responsible for monitoring the quality of content on the customer intranet, and ensuring that client queries are addressed promptly and thoroughly. Your organised and methodical approach will be crucial in managing the day-to-day operations .

Collaborating closely with colleagues and their marketing team, you will contribute to creating engaging blog posts, comprehensive market summaries, and other insightful content on key matters within the public sector. Your ability to distil complex information into clear, actionable intelligence will be invaluable to both current and potential customers.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Overseeing the identification, writing, and approval of public sector opportunities.
  • Working alongside the Insights Director to achieve departmental objectives.
  • Compiling work rotas to ensure comprehensive coverage of opportunities.
  • Reviewing publications from public bodies to identify future procurement activities.
  • Collaborating with the product development team on AI-driven innovations.
  • Contributing to the development of market insight tools and systems.
  • Producing topical market reports to enhance the company's reputation.
The ideal candidate will possess:
  • Degree or equivalent
  • Excellent research and writing skills, with the ability to produce clear, concise reports
  • Proficiency in using various research methodologies and tools
  • Adaptability and enthusiasm for embracing new technologies and AI-driven solutions
