Hybrid, full-time temporary position based in Birmingham city centre, offering the equivalent of up to £25,000 per annum depending on experience.
Are you are recent graduate or equivalent with an interest in property or planning? Would you like to work for a dynamic, highly respected organisation within an entry-level position, gaining valuable experience to strengthen future applications? Then this could be the role for you! Based in Birmingham city centre 2 days a week, the successful applicant will work alongside other members of the team to ensure the smooth-running of projects.
Key responsibilities of the role will include:
- Analysing and fact-checking land and property-related documents, working with specified information and rates to ensure the quality of the documents
- Liaising with both internal teams and external parties, handling queries and dealing with correspondence
- Producing plans and project documentation; processing planning applications to specified targets
- Undertaking site visits, and producing reports accordingly
- Other administrative and support duties when required
Prospective applicants must have excellent communication, organisation and written skills, and thrive working as part of a team. Applicants must be confident working with data, and be highly IT literate.
A background and interest in planning or environment is also desirable, but not essential.
