Are you ready to take ownership of the entire recruitment function within a dynamic and fast-paced environment? We are partnering with a leading international leisure and retail brand seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join their team. This is a pivotal role where you will not only manage all recruitment activities but also play a critical part in shaping the future of the company’s talent strategy. This role will be mainly onsite.

As the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will have the autonomy to design, implement, and manage all recruitment processes, policies, and procedures across the organisation. You will:
  • Lead the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding across a wide range of roles within the business.
  • Develop and implement robust recruitment strategies to attract top talent in both the UK and international markets.
  • Put your stamp on the business by creating and refining systems, policies, and procedures to ensure an efficient and scalable recruitment process.
  • Work closely with key stakeholders and department heads to anticipate hiring needs and proactively fill open positions.
  • Manage external relationships with recruitment agencies and other third-party providers to maximise resource efficiency.
  • Drive employer branding initiatives to ensure the organisation stands out as a desirable workplace in the leisure and retail sectors.
  • Provide regular reporting and insights on recruitment metrics, trends, and market conditions to senior leadership.

We are looking for a proactive, organised, and results-driven individual with significant experience in talent acquisition, ideally within the leisure or retail sectors in a talent role either inhouse or agency. You will thrive in a fast-paced and sometimes unpredictable environment where priorities can shift rapidly.

A proven track record as a Talent Acquisition Manager or Lead with a background in setting up and optimising recruitment processes and systems.
