A well renowned charity based in Birmingham are seeking a confident, articulate and professional PA to support their Chief Executive Officer and the wider Leadership team on a permanent, part time basis working 21 hours a week. This is a really unique for someone with prior PA and Secretarial experience to work in an organisation that really helps society and makes a difference. This is a part time role working 21 hours, either across 3 full days or 5 shorter days with hybrid working also an option within this role. Candidates must have prior PA experience, ideally from within the charity or third sector and ideally will have supported at C-Suite level before.

Day to day duties will include providing first class secretarial and PA support to the CEO, arranging meetings, travel and accommodation plans alongside inbox management. Further to this you will manage all internal and external communications, liaising with media requests, taking minutes of meetings, following up on action points alongside handling all governance support. This may include preparing of papers, presentations, ensuring all compliance and supporting the trustees with administrative support.

Further to this, the successful candidate will be responsible for supporting with HR tasks including leading on the recruitment process, arranging interviews, posting job adverts, collating references and right to work checks alongside managing employee files.

The successful PA will have solid PA experience working within a multifaceted business, ideally with experience of working with CEO’s and senior leaderships within the charity sectors. You will have excellent written and IT skills and have great stakeholder management skills. You will be a team player and have a real collaborative approach to work.

This role is hybrid, part time working 21 hours a week and salary is dependent on experience. The take home salary on this role is £13.5K to £16.5K based on the hours worked.
