Job Description
We are looking for a candidate with a strong customer service background who is looking to enhance their skills in an HR-centred role. You will be the first point of support for customers, candidates, and third parties. You will be crucial in ensuring the business stays compliant while enhancing the lives of the people you meet. By providing exceptional knowledge of HR policies and processes, you will help keep the company's compliance with these subjects and contribute to ongoing improvements. Acting as an expert in these matters, you will deliver an excellent service.
Key Responsibilities
- Answering customer queries.
- Maintaining and improving knowledge of best HR practices and employment legislation.
- Maintaining correct documents and records of employees across CRM systems.
- Providing support by delivering solutions and resolving matters to ensure an excellent customer service experience.
- Delivering projects and activities to a high standard as agreed with the line manager.
- Escalating complex queries and supporting the senior HR adviser in managing and resolving matters based on customer feedback, enhancing the customer experience.
