Work Hours: 35-hour working week, Monday to Friday (usually 9-5 or 8-4).

Hybrid Working: At least 2 days of remote working per week.

We are looking for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys problem-solving. If you have experience in customer service, are comfortable using Microsoft Excel, and have a keen eye for detail when collating data, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. You will be involved in tasks such as investigating details, generating reports, and working with sensitive data, offering you both responsibility and the chance to develop new skills.


Duties will include:

Data Protection Compliance: Provide advice and technical solutions to ensure adherence to data protection regulations.

Risk Mitigation: Assist in safeguarding the company from financial and operational risks.

Implementation of Controls: Establish and implement controls to mitigate potential risks.

Data Subject Rights (DSRs): Manage requests in line with GDPR and other relevant regulations.

Reporting: Produce basic reports and track data using Excel.


Looking for:

Customer Service Skills: Experience in a customer service setting.

Microsoft Excel: Moderate proficiency, especially in collating data.

Knowledge of GDPR and Data Protection: Understanding of data protection regulations.

Administrative Experience: Relevant administrative background.

Education: Degree (2:1 or higher).

Availability: Immediate availability required.
