You will primarily be responsible for ensuring the day to day operations run smoothly within the welcome desk, by managing the team effectively. This could include organizing the rota’s, offering support, identifying training needs, keeping the team motivated, handling enquiries, bookings, scheduling meeting rooms, managing absence and being a core part of the business in terms of being a first point of contact for any issues.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who’s looking to develop their leadership skills, the ideal candidate will have previous experience in a customer facing environment such as reception, customer service or hospitality. Please note that this role will primarily operate Monday-Friday however there will be some occasional flexibility required when events are on.
