An exciting opportunity to work as a Business Development Executive for an innovative tech & property related business based in Birmingham City Centre has just become available! If you have previous experience working within business development or sales and have good knowledge of the property sector this may be the role for you! This role is hybrid (working 2 days in office), has parking on site and a salary of up to 40k!

You will play a pivotal part in launching the business’ new service by handling all incoming enquiries, generating leads and identifying new business, effectively discussing the product, maintaining relationships with existing clients, reporting, analysis and working collaboratively with all other relevant departments such as marketing.

The ideal candidate will have a solid Business Development / Sales background within a relevant industry, preferably with a good working knowledge of land acquisition.
