Our client is searching for a HR Analyst to join a global brand on a 6-month FTC! This is a full time, hybrid position offering a 35-hour week and up to 46k a year dependant on experience.

Working with the international operations team, you would be responsible for providing pay modelling for partners and employees, assistant in the management of annual pay review process, ethnicity and gender pay gap reporting, conducting analysis and data modelling to support HR and business initiatives, maintaining the accuracy of reward related data, and identifying and troubleshooting data discrepancies and proactively working to resolve issues.

For this role, proficiency in HR systems, with a keen eye for detail in accurate of data and analytical skills for pay/scenario modelling, data modelling and experience producing reports such as reviews and gender reporting. You would also need to have strong collaboration and teamwork skills to ensure solutions met the needs of different stakeholders.
