Role
We need an experienced account manager—someone with a talent for communication, looking to join a company as an expert providing top-level support and managing a portfolio of clients to ensure everything runs smoothly and clients achieve success. The ability to work both independently and as part of a team is crucial, as is the ability to deal with various stakeholders within the business at different levels. Based in Birmingham, this expanding company requires experts to help it grow.

Responsibilities
• Dealing with internal and external company stakeholders
• Establishing and supporting client relationships
• Delivering domestic revenue in line with annual budgets
• Handling client concerns and queries
• Managing a portfolio of clients

Requirements
• Strong communication skills
• A finance background is preferable.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a client-facing role
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook
• Experience in the public sector
• Experience working in the technology sector.
• Attention to detail.
