We are currently seeking a proactive, intelligent and confident Graduate Level Recruitment Resourcer to join our close knit team on a full time, permanent basis. Working alongside a team of experienced consultants, you will play a key part in helping to attract and research a candidate pool. Primarily focused on recruiting for permanent staff for a range of clients, the successful candidate will write and post attractive job advertisements, telephone screening candidates, conduct thorough and market leading interviews with candidates face to face to then enable you to then place them into permanent roles within a range of clients across all sectors. You will give extensive career advice and provide a full consultative service to candidates at all levels from graduate, entry level through to senior executives. Further to this, you will make use of Social Media platforms to help drive and attract candidates alongside attending events and networking opportunities to help resource candidates and raise the brand.
