Hybrid, full-time permanent role based in London, offering up to £50,000 per annum depending on experience.

A fantastic opportunity to work for a nationally recognised and highly-respected law firm within their Corporate Commercial team has just become available! Based in their London office in the city, the successful applicant will work alongside other PAs within the firm to provide outstanding administrative and financial support to the fee earners.

Key responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Managing the teams’ inbox in an efficient and proactive manner
  • Organising and coordinating meetings both internally with fee earners and externally with clients; booking rooms and facilities, liaising with attendees to ensure all relevant equipment is in place, preparing agendas and collating papers
  • National and international travel management including arranging hotels, flights and transfers
  • Overseeing the end-to-end billing process, including creating standard bills and disbursements, raising credit notes and amending narratives
  • Providing general administrative support to the fee earners, and supporting projects on an ad-hoc basis when required
Prospective applicants must have excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills, have an adaptable and flexible approach, and excel working as part of a team. Applicants must have previous legal PA experience, ideally within corporate/commercial, and a high competency for Microsoft Office.
