A forward thinking, diverse and collaborative law firm based in Nottingham City Centre are seeking a detail oriented, solution seeking and process driven Client File Opening Administrator to join them on a full time basis, initially on a 6 months FTC. The ideal candidate will have prior Compliance and File Opening experience within a law firm, whether that be in a Team Administrator, AML Assistant or Compliance focused role. You must be immediately available, be flexible with your work and have strong administrative skills.

Day to day the successful candidate will be responsible for the below:
• Create new client matters in the system
• Ensure all necessary information is accurately inputted
• Conduct AML conflict checks and compliance processes
• Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary documentation
• Maintain confidential client information.
• Assist in auditing and quality control of client matters to ensure compliance

The successful candidate must have prior Compliance and Legal Administration experience and have strong IT skills. You will be a team player, interested in finance and legal and be eager to learn.
